Practitioner Declaration and Consent
By clicking I Agree, I confirm that:
- I am qualified, licensed, registered or otherwise authorised, where required by applicable law, to provide the professional services offered through the Platform, and I will maintain such qualifications while using the Platform.
- If I am using the Platform as a student, academic, researcher, or other non-practitioner user, I confirm that I will use the Platform solely for educational, research, or other authorized purposes and not to provide professional nutrition or healthcare services unless I am legally authorized to do so. I understand that CalorieScience provides a technology platform and does not provide medical, nutritional or healthcare services or assume responsibility for the professional services I provide to my clients.
- I remain solely responsible for my professional advice, recommendations, consultations and communications with my clients.
- I will comply with all applicable laws, professional standards and ethical obligations, including obtaining any required client consents and privacy authorisations before uploading or processing client information through the Platform.
- I authorise CalorieScience to process Personal Data and Health Information submitted through the Platform to provide, operate, maintain, secure and improve the Platform in accordance with the applicable agreements and Privacy Policy.
- I understand that the Platform may use AI-assisted features to support analyses, recommendations and other outputs, and that such outputs are intended to assist—not replace—my professional judgement.
- I understand that CalorieScience may use anonymised, aggregated and Derived Data for analytics, research, security, product improvement and platform development, provided that neither I nor my clients can be identified.
- I understand that the Platform is a pre-release (beta) product. Features, functionality and outputs may change, and the Platform may contain errors or interruptions. No service level or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
- I acknowledge that participation in the Founding Circle requires active use of the Platform and the provision of reasonable feedback. I understand that CalorieScience may suspend or discontinue Founding Circle benefits if I fail to reasonably participate or comply with the applicable agreements.
- I agree that any feedback, suggestions or ideas I voluntarily provide regarding the Platform may be used by CalorieScience without restriction or compensation, and I will keep confidential any non-public features or information relating to the Platform.
